Raw Vegan Black Forest Mousse

So easy, healthy and scrumptious!

  1. Soak 1 cup of pitted dates

  2. Blend dates and 1/4 cup cacao powder with 1 can of organic coconut cream

  3. Add 1/4 cup dry chia seed and blend till smooth

  4. Pour into serving dish and decorate with cherries, cacao nibs, raspberries and activated almonds.

  5. Savour every mouthful mmmmmmmm
