Heart of Paradise is an integration of ancient wisdom and heart led somatic practices that include soma flow yoga, heart breath and sacred song, tantric embodiment and meditation, pristine nature, crystal clear ocean, delicious plant-based food and desserts, healing massage and heart conscious connection.

Explore powerfully transformative healing modalities such as Heart centred Tantra through tantric meditation and breathwork (non-sexually explicit) and supportive play shops and sharing circles. Deepen your connection with yourself, the earth, the ocean and with other like minds.

Specialised sessions include Infinte Ocean, session involving floating in the safe warm waters with a partner, Divine union ceremony, Channelled sacred song of the ancients and Oceanic yoga on the beach and in the ocean. Each session holds a heart based tantric aspect of healing and remembering our divine essence.

The location is a mix of tropical jungle and vast blue ocean, safe lagoons for swimming and snorkelling (included). We are based at an oceanside eco village only 3 hours from the airport. This retreat takes you deeper, wider, higher and into your infinite nature. It is suitable for all abilities and is created for both men and women. In fact we usually have a fairly equal balance with the intention being to support and honour the divine masculine and femine throughout the practices and processess.
